Rezervarea câştigătoare – Dragobete

Campania se desfășoară în perioada 16–24 februarie 2026. Vor intra în tombolă rezervările din zilele 20, 21, 22, 23 și 24 februarie 2026. Participarea la tombolă presupune selectarea codului Dragobete, ceea ce implică acceptarea condițiilor de participare și a politicii GDPR.

Clienții înscriși în campanie pot câștiga:

7 vouchere de discount (24%), valabil în perioada 01–08 Martie 2026, în restaurantele participante. Regulamentul complet al campaniei este disponibil aici.

Prin înscrierea la Campania “Rezervarea câştigătoare - Dragobete", participanții își exprimă acordul cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal furnizate, exclusiv în scopul organizării și desfășurării campaniei, validării câștigătorilor și acordării premiilor, în conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR). Datele nu vor fi utilizate în alte scopuri și nu vor fi divulgate către terți, cu excepția obligațiilor legale. Participanții beneficiază de toate drepturile prevăzute de legislația în vigoare privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal.

We must begin by noting that Calul Bălan Restaurant was revitalized in July 2022 once it was integrated into the Sergiana Group. It was a spectacular relaunch, with Sergiana taking over the Neptun restaurant after it had been closed for three years and seemed destined for ruin and oblivion. However, a bold architectural project, complemented by exceptional renovations and amenities, and a menu that combines traditional Transylvanian flavors with irresistible Dobrogean tastes and contemporary international recipes, has restored Calul Bălan as a landmark for the Romanian hospitality industry.

This season we contnued with traditional dishes such as pork cracklings with bread and red onion, "Pomana Porcului,"  Pork tenderloin braided with smoked bacon,"Pork Knuckle with Braised Cabbage," in addition with lamb knuckle, ram pastrami, and fish from the Black Sea and the Danube ment to honor the skills of Dobrogean shepherds and fishermen. Sergiana also invited you to indulge in sophisticated dishes like turkey with mango sauce, confit duck leg, and burrata with pineapple sauce. But words cannot convey taste, so we'll stop here with our menu stories.

This year, our friends from  the Romanian vineyards visited us again as part of our "Summer Wines" program, making wine presentations this being one of the season's attractions. We started on June 20th with the wineries from Niculițel and their Dobrogean stories told through the wines "Caii de la Letea." You can find the Summer Wines program calendar here to remind you of the wineries that have crossed our threshold. We say goodbye for now, but we will meet again next summer to build new memories together.
