Campania se desfășoară în perioada 16–24 februarie 2026. Vor intra în tombolă rezervările din zilele 20, 21, 22, 23 și 24 februarie 2026. Participarea la tombolă presupune selectarea codului Dragobete, ceea ce implică acceptarea condițiilor de participare și a politicii GDPR.
Clienții înscriși în campanie pot câștiga:

Prin înscrierea la Campania “Rezervarea câştigătoare - Dragobete", participanții își exprimă acordul cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal furnizate, exclusiv în scopul organizării și desfășurării campaniei, validării câștigătorilor și acordării premiilor, în conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2016/679 (GDPR). We should begin by recalling that Calul Bălan was reborn in July 2022, following its integration into Sergiana Grup. It was a spectacular relaunch, with Sergiana taking over the restaurant in Neptun at a time when it seemed destined for neglect and decline. Through a bold architectural concept, high-end fittings and facilities, and a menu that blends unmistakable Transylvanian-inspired dishes with irresistible Dobrogea flavors and contemporary international recipes, Calul Bălan has once again become a landmark in Romania’s hospitality industry.
Each season, we continue the tradition with dishes such as pork cracklings with rustic bread and red onion, “Pomana Porcului”, “Mușchiulețul Haiducesc”, and “Ciolan with stewed cabbage”, alongside lamb shank, smoked mutton pastrami, and fish from the Black Sea and the Danube — all meant to honor the skill of shepherds and fishermen from Dobrogea. At the same time, Sergiana invites you to discover more sophisticated dishes such as turkey with mango sauce, duck leg confit, and burrata with pineapple sauce. Still, no description can truly capture the taste, so we will leave the menu here.
